This pencil from Watermans has a gold plated cap and dark blue body. It has the short flat clip. The cap is in good condition with a parallel line pattern, there are no dings.
It is a propelling type and the mechanism works smoothly. The pencil takes standard 0.9mm leads which are still readily available.

Pencil is new, never used. Shows some shelf wear.
